Everlasting Confidence Part II: How to Have "The Confidence Habit"

Since drugs and alcohol are just a temporary crutch, what should we do to have everlasting confidence and be able to approach, meet, date or seduce women with ease?

What needs to happen is a "gut-level" transformation in how you respond to seeing a woman you want to meet. Right now, your gut-level reaction is fear. Fear is a strong word, but all the nervousness, hesitation, and anxiety (or whatever words you use to describe it) boils down to fear. Even objections like "I'm not sure what to say" boils down to fear.

The fear is usually a fear of rejection, or being harshly judged - which means we'd feel bad. We have this intense longing and desire to meet her, but the fear and desire to not feel bad outweighs desire, so we don't take action.

It's this gut-level fear reaction that needs to be re-conditioned. More on how to do this tomorrow.

How to Have Everlasting Confidence

Wouldn't it be great to just take a pill and then have everlasting confidence?

We all know that will never happen (right?) - I mean, sure you can take drugs that will make you feel oh-so-wonderful, not a nervous bone in your body. Heck, that's why most guys will use "liquid courage" and go out and drink alcohol so they'll have enough guts to approach a woman.

But, what about the rest of us who want to have extremely high levels of confidence, without relying on pharmaceutical drugs, booze, or other crutches? After all, substances wear off, and there we are, back to our "usual" low level of confidence.

For the rest of us, we have to "re-condition" ourselves on a gut-level as to how we automatically respond to seeing a woman we want to approach.

More on this tomorrow....
