In the business world of real estate negotiations, there's a tactic called "being a don't wanter" and this tactic can really help you to have more confidence and success with women.

It's a funny thing how women can "smell" desperation. And, I've had the conversation a million times with guy friends that it's funny how when you have a girlfriend it seems like all the women "want you" - but when you don't have a girlfriend you can't get a lady to even look at you.

You see, when you have a girlfriend, you don't have the "smell" of desperation - you're a don't wanter.

Now in real estate negotiations, if you're desperate to buy, the other party in the negotiations can "smell" that, and you end up paying a higher price, but if you seem like you don't care, like you're willing to walk away from the negotiations if you don't get what you want - you're a don't wanter - and your negotiation position is much stronger.

And, it's the same psychology with women: when you're a don't wanter, you'll do better.
